Laser Treatment for Vascular Malformations and Hemangiomas in the Head and Neck Lasers used include the PDL, Nd:YAG, Alexandrite, and CO. lasers. Significant complications are rare, and good patient outcomes/satisfaction support the continued use of laser therapy for these lesions. Further research in this area is imperative to continue progress and innovation in the field.

Cartilage Reshaping of the Nosestable modified nasal septum configurations without damage to the cartilage, perichondrium, and mucosa. Most of the patients operated shown a stable septum straightening and considerable improvement of nose breathing. Clinical results with 5 years of follow up have demonstrated high effectiveness, reliability, and safety of the laser technique.

Many steps are required between technological conception and maturity of an INS-based prosthesis. The steps include biological safety, compatibility, and the engineering of a practicable device.
