High-Performance Blob-Based Iterative Reconstruction of Electron Tomography on Multi-GPUs,structure only needs nearly 1/16 of the storage space in comparison with ELLPACK-R (ELLR) data structure and yields significant acceleration. Experimental results indicate that the multilevel parallel scheme allows efficient implementations of 3D reconstruction of ET on multi-GPUs, without loss any resolution.

Gene Order in Rosid Phylogeny, Inferred from Pairwise Syntenies among Extant Genomes,ameters. The first problem, based on the conflation of the pairwise syntenies, is the inference of disjoint sets of orthologous genes, at most one copy for each genome, and the second problem is the inference of the gene order at all ancestors simultaneously, minimizing the total number of genomic rearrangements over a given phylogeny.

M. Boiti,F. Pempinelli,A. Pogrebkovrom five prototypes and applied the proposed method to microarray gene expression data of rat liver cells treated with corticosteroid. We found that some extended simulation models have higher prediction power for some genes than the original models.
