,On Computing the?Jaro Similarity Between Two Strings,wo given strings take quadratic time in the worst case. In this paper, we present an algorithm for Jaro similarity computation that takes only linear time. We also present experimental results that reveal that our algorithm outperforms existing algorithms.

Codierung, Evolution und Informationgh-dimensional complex GWAS data. To demonstrate the detection ability of ABCAE, we compare it against four existing algorithms on eight epistatic models. The experimental results demonstrate that ABCAE outperforms the four existing methods in terms of detection ability.
