Protective Effect of G on UVC-Induced DNA Damage in Mouse Lymphocytes in Vitro,oncentration 6.1uM and 390uM, while repair decreased at a concentration of 3.05mM and 50mM. This result was accorded with MTT assay. Thus, G could reduce UVC-induced damage at low concentration of less than 390uM, and there is a dose-effect relationship. The result provides research basis to develop new anti-radiation products.
