Arbeiten zur Angewandten Statistikules. Liquids are not as simple as either solids or gases and consequently the theory of reactions in solution is rather complex. Nevertheless since most chemical reactions of importance occur in solution, a knowledge of such reactions, even if based on empirical factors, is highly desirable.

Inversion mit partieller Auswertung,The kinetics of both gas-phase and liquid-phase reactions have been studied extensively for many years. Although experimentally more difficult, the study of gas-phase reactions has led to a satisfactory theory of reaction rates for homogeneous gas-phase reactions.
