Customers Protection in Insurance Distribution Directive: An Overview on Harmonization of Legislationce distribution in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Process of gradual harmonization with EU legislation is still ongoing. In this paper it will be shown how the legislators in Bosnia-Herzegovina entities implemented the respective IDD provisions in their legal frameworks and whether there is still some space for improvement in this matter.
