High-Precision Tracking Simulation of Stepper Motor Based on Improved SVPWMtion and experimental results show that the tracking errors are all within the range of ±0.1° under different tracking modes, which provides an evaluated means to understand the engineering performance of each part in the servo system in advance, and to carry out targeted device selection and software algorithm design work.
