Electro Discharge Machined Surfaceface through the di-electric fluid during the machining process. As both the distribution and the intensity of the discharge are affected by the suspension of particles in the di-electric fluid, the cavities formed on the surface have differing magnitudes. The high peaks on the surface are formed adjacent to the melted valleys.
