Dynamic Ontology Supporting Local Government, of administration restructuring. In this paper we propose a dynamic-oriented knowledge model, designed to distribute and manage urban knowledge as a representative of local self-government. Ontology including mentioned knowledge management supporting is prepared using sophisticated Ontorion Fluent Editor.
