MedR Schriftenreihe Medizinrechtally strong scattering in the dc-magnetoconductivity. We suggest that the effects are caused by a Na.-induced defect complex. For Na.-concentration above 10.cm. the scattering rate measured here confirms that derived from transport studies in the absence of a magnetic field.

Evidence is presented that even for strong magnetic field all quantum states remain localised. An interpretation of recent high field magnetotransport data obtained from inversion layers is attempted.
