A comparison of electro-ultrafiltration and quantity/intensity measurements of soil potassium with . Correlation coefficients between K uptake at the first cut were 0.80 for K., 0.88 for K. (the initially labile K derived from the Q/I curve), 0.92 for K. (desorbed by EUF in 35 min) and 0.97 for K. (1.0 . ammonium acetate extraction).

Reproducibility of Ca, K, Na and P contents in the different EUF fractions,quantities of maximally desorbable K obtained by EUF and their half-time values are described. The calculations are based on the measurement of 288 individual values (EUF fractions) per nutrient. The following results were obtained:
