Surgical Technique define the ideal location for placement of the femoral tunnel, few have investigated tibial tunnel placement. In this chapter we describe a novel technique which utilises the ACL remnant. We propose that this is biologically advantageous and optimises tunnel position by reproducing native anatomy.
