Die Dritte-Welt-Bewegung in Deutschlandod for comparing foreground - background segmention is proposed. Second a feature vector based tracking algorithm is developed for discriminating multiple objects. Finally, a simple real-time histogram based algorithm is described for discriminating movements and body positions.
