Assessing the Statistical Significance of Overrepresented Oligonucleotides,ution induced by the over-representation of some pattern. Discarding this noise allows for the detection of weaker signals. Related algorithmic and complexity issues are discussed and compared to previous results. The approach is illustrated with three typical examples of applications on biological data.

Versorgungsstrukturen in der Zukunft,developed in a previous paper [.], essentially calling for a perfect matching in a graph that forms the maximum number of cycles jointly with . given perfect matchings, to design effective algorithms for its exact and heuristic solution.
