A Primal Dual Approximation Algorithm for the Multicut Problem in Trees with Submodular Penalties,In this paper, we introduce the multicut problem in trees with submodular penalties, which generalizes the prize-collecting multicut problem in trees and vertex cover with submodular penalties.
