Advances in In Silico Toxicity Assessment of Nanomaterials and Emerging Contaminants, and time constraints of traditional toxicology while also advancing mechanistic understanding. In the future. comprehensive databases need to be built for substituting sparse literature data; co-exposure of nanomaterials and chemicals should be considered in risk assessment.
