Here we review some of results in helioseismology on the magnetic fields in the solar convection zone. We will also discuss a recent result on the magnetic fields at the base of the convection zone.

The most robust measurable quantity provided by magnetometer networks is signal phase and this paper emphasizes the usefulness of this parameter in a variety of ULF wave diagnostic processes ranging from equatorial to high latitudes.
