Strategisches Kompetenz-ManagementWe present a non-local model describing the dynamics of two groups of agents moving in opposite directions. The model consists of a . system of conservation laws with non-local fluxes, coupled in the speed function. We prove local in time existence of weak solutions and present some numerical tests illustrating their behaviour.
