European Perspectives on Community Care,have not been discussed in detail. In this paper, the convergent behavior of GENET is thoroughly analyzed and its learning strategy is generalized. The obtained results can shed light on choosing parameter values and exploiting problem specific information.

The Role and Perspectives of Familiesion functions of recurrent neural network do not require to be bounded. The presented criterion, which has the attractive feature of possessing the structure of linear matrix inequality (LMI), is a generalization and improvement over some previous criteria. A example is given to illustrate our results.
