https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-476-04252-1 was realized. For silicon microcavity, Mie resonance supressed emission blinking of quantum dots was realized. These two types of plasma and dielectric composites are expected to make the optical confinement exceed the diffraction limit, and hold extensive application prospects in nanophotonics.
