Publishing documents,all documents. Use the spelling and the grammar tools in the Proofing group on the Review tab. Then, preview the document using the different views. For example, display the document in Full Screen Reading view. If the document contains revisions marks and/or comments, choose the Final option in the Tracking group on the Review tab.

Creating Envelopes, Labels, and Merge Documents,All the tools you need to create envelopes, labels, and mail merge documents can be found on the Mailings tab. In earlier versions of Word, many of these features are accessed using the Mail Merge toolbar. With the new user interface, the toolbar is no longer needed. The commands are much easier to find on the Mailings tab.
