Local SIP Overload Controlrmed. The proposed control system efficiently counteracts overload situations providing a goodput which is close to the optimal while maintaining low call establishment delays and retransmission ratios. On the other hand, Ohta and OCC algorithms provide higher call establishment delays and retransmission ratio and lower goodputs.

Performance Evaluation of Bit Error Rate in Relay-Based Cooperative Diversity Systems over Rayleigh he bit error rate (BER) in decode-and-forward incremental relaying systems over Rayleigh fading channels and incorporating the effects of the multiple L interferers near the destination which will degrade the system performance due to the Co-channel interference. Numerical results are provided to consolidate the assumptions.

Additive-Increase Multiplicative-Decrease MAC Protocol with Multi-Packet Receptionsuperior to that of S-Aloha* under light traffic loads and achieves the optimum level after the system is saturated. With a suitable parameter set, AIMD-MAC can be adequately applied in a dynamic wireless environment.
