To quantitatively control the expression of tational Mu-circuit (P-BOM) incorporating AND/OR gate and operational amplifier into one circuit and explore its behaviors through simulation. The results imply that we can control input-output proportionly by manipulating the RBS of .R, .S, .R and output gene.
