Wavelet Packets and Frame Packets,al case, we define the concept of biorthogonal wavelet packets and show that they provide Riesz bases as long as the splitting procedure is applied finitely many times. We also find necessary conditions when we assume that the biorthogonal packets are uniformly bounded.
