Horizontal gradients are not admitted in this zero order approach in which the radio waves propagate in the great circle plane connecting sender and receiver locations. Molecular Docking Analysis: Interaction Studies of Natural Compounds with Human TG2 Protein, properties. In present study natural compound from different classes were subjected for screening ADME/T properties and molecular docking analysis to investigate their interaction modes with the potential TG2 target. The result revealed that Artobiloxanthone have the highest affinity to TG2 and the highest consistency of interaction model.
