Experimental Confirmation of the Polarized Multilayer Theory of Cell Water Including Data That Lead ence were reviewed. It was shown that the new insight offered by this theory reconciles many hitherto unexplained phenomena and that new experimental data also suggest an improved definition of the concept of colloids.
