Personalistic Linkages and Persuasion in Turkish Party Politics,Establishing linkages between political elites and voters is fundamental for every political system. In democracies, elite groups are expected to be responsive towards different interest groups and the general public. By representing these groups, elites and decision makers are able to respond to the demands of voters.
