Book 2014lk1-Dio3 region can be a potential molecular marker to distinguish the fully reprogrammed iPSCs from partially reprogrammed ones. All of these results will help improve the safety of PSCs in the clinical applications and increase the current low induction efficiency of their production.

Establishment of ESC Lines Derived from Mice, Rats, and Primate,f gene knockout animal. There were large differences in ESC morphology and self-renewal regulatory signaling pathways between human and mouse ESCs.
