Carrier Dynamics in Quantum Dots Coupled to a 2DHG,hole gas (2DHG). In total, three samples are investigated, of which each has a different tunneling barrier between the QDs and the 2DHG, resulting in a different coupling strength. The samples are analyzed using capacitance-voltage (C-V) spectroscopy and time-resolved measurements of the source-drain current which flows through the 2DHG.
