Ruptured Cerebral Aneurysms,sociated with high morbidity and mortality. Successful treatment of aSAH requires a thorough understanding of this complex and multifaceted condition including diagnosis, aneurysm repair, treatment of hydrocephalus, and treatment of vasospasm. This chapter reviews these facets of care with emphasis on endovascular treatment.

Preoperative Tumor Embolization,s such as stereotactic imaging and neuronavigation have greatly enhanced the safety and efficacy of these procedures. Neurointervention also has a role to play in these complex conditions. Preoperative tumor embolization may reduce blood loss and the need of complex skull base approaches to occlude large vascular pedicles.
