Comparison Between Parametric and Non-Parametric Approaches for Time-Varying Delay Estimation with paper, we compare performances of two well-known approaches: parametric and non-parametric. The results indicate that the non-parametric approach can obtain better performance when the noise is strong (SNR = 10?dB). Fast Bilateral Symmetry Detection Using Inverted Gradient Hash Maps, permits points of interest to be located very rapidly without needing to search through the image. Unlike many symmetry operators it is able to detect large-scale symmetry. Optimizing Energy Consumption with Delay Constraint in Wireless Sensor Networks, an end-to-end delay constraint. We evaluate the effectiveness of the energy balance between cost functions by simulation.
