Potassium Dideuterium Phosphate (KDDP),Potassium dideuterium phosphate (abbreviated KDDP or KD?P), an isomorph of potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP), has been fairly well explored as an electrooptic material and has found a number of applications as an electrooptic modulator crystal in various devices. The material is also piezoelectric as well as ferroelectric in nature.
