Growth Rate of Citric Acid Monohydrate Crystals in a Liquid Fluidized Bedstudies carried out in fluidized beds are not very numerous (3–9). For citric acid monohydrate, crystal growth studies have been carried out with single crystals (10) and in agitated vessels (11–13).
