Asymptotics Involving Magnetic Potential,ussions. As we will see, the introduction of the magnetic field facilitates the asymptotic analysis a great deal. The presence of the magnetic field allows us to derive an expression for the velocity of vortices that we were unable to obtain in the pure G-L case.
