Biocides, study. Investigation of biocides was a minor component of the research performed by the University of Houston. No definitive results were obtained and time did not permit a thorough discussion of this topic at the Symposium. Since biocides are mentioned in several other Chapters, however, a summary of our knowledge of biocides is presented here.
