Mutations of the Three Zinc-Ligands of Leukotriene A4 Hydrolase: Effects on Zinc Content and Enzyme in aminopeptidases and neutral proteases, typified by thermolysin, revealed the presence of a putative catalytic zinc site (1, 2).
