The polar nature of the complex logarithmic mapping produces a computationally superior representation of the optical flow. Measurement and Measurement Uncertainty,bination can be linear, assuming proximity of the views, and we suggest how the visibility of constructed points can be solved. Our approach entirely eliminates the need for the difficult 3-D model reconstruction. We present results on real objects, indicating that our approach is feasible.
